1.1. Educational Standards & Disclaimers

Learning Approach: Learning is active and self-driven. Students are responsible for managing their own timelines, practicing independently, and applying feedback.

No Guaranteed Success: While we provide professional-grade instruction, the Studio does not guarantee mastery, employment, career advancement, or financial gain.

1.2. Intellectual Property (IP) & Ownership

Studio Content: All course materials—including videos, slides, exercises, templates, and frameworks—are the exclusive intellectual property of Bimbo Oni Studio.

Capstone Projects: Because the Studio provides the strategic brief, direction, and oversight, all Capstone Projects developed within the program remain the intellectual property of the Studio. The Studio reserves the right to post these projects on official platforms (e.g., Behance); students will be tagged and credited for their execution but may not represent the project as a solo, independent agency venture.

Personal Assignments: Students retain ownership of their original, independent assignments, but grant the Studio a license to showcase this work for promotional purposes.

1.3. Strict Enrollment & Refund Policy

Finality of Sale: All payments are final. We enforce a strict No Refund, No Replacement, and No Transfer policy.

Attendance & Participation: Failure to attend live classes or complete assignments does not qualify a student for a refund.

1.4. Code of Conduct & Integrity

Professionalism: Students must treat instructors and peers with respect.

Academic Integrity: Submitting work that is not original or misrepresenting work as your own is prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.

Zero-Tolerance: Harassment, bullying, or sharing inappropriate content will result in a permanent ban from future programs.

1.5. Disciplinary Rights

The Studio reserves the absolute right to suspend access or permanently remove any student at its discretion to protect the learning environment.
