Bimbo Oni Studio ("the Studio") is a dual-purpose creative agency and educational platform. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, management, and protection of data for both enrolled students ("The Academy") and creative service clients ("The Studio"). Continued use of this site or engagement in any program or project constitutes a legally binding acknowledgment of these practices.

1.2. Data Collection & Processing

Identifiable Information: We collect names, email addresses, and professional details via contact forms, project inquiries, and enrollment portals.

Client Assets & Confidentiality: For Studio clients, we collect brand guidelines, internal documents, and proprietary information required to execute creative briefs. We treat all unreleased client information under strict confidentiality.

Third-Party Payments: All financial transactions are secured through Paystack or direct bank transfer. The Studio does not store or process sensitive credit card data on its internal servers.

Community Interactions: Data shared within our private student community discussions is moderated to maintain a respect-first environment.

1.3. Use of Personal & Business Data

Academy Operations: Your data is used to provide live class access, deliver the curriculum, track assignment completion, and issue certificates.

Studio Operations: Client data and assets are used exclusively for project execution, timeline management, invoicing, and delivering final design files.

Communications: We use your information to send project updates, educational onboarding materials, and administrative notices.

1.4. Security and Zero-Tolerance Standards

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or data misappropriation. We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with authorized Studio personnel or when legally required.
